Provides the AAPC Professional Medical Coding Curriculum

Lynn Schoeler, CPC, CPC-H, CPC-I is a licensed AAPC instructor and President of L S Coding & Education LLC.

Lynn has been licensed by the American Academy of Professional Coders as a PMCC Instructor for ten years since the inception of the PMCC Program.  Lynn has been providing education to coders and physicians for over 19 years.

L S Coding & Education offers a very unique and different distance learning experience.  When you attend an L S Coding e-learning session it is as if you have walked in and sat down in the actual classroom.

Other schools offer an e-learning class which is typically just listening to a lecture and watching a PowerPoint presentaion.

At L S Coding you are watching an actual classroom with 25 students attending.  You are able to see and hear the instructor and students during the class session.

Medical Terminology, Human Anatomy/Physiology is included in the cost of our AAPC CPC Course.

Distance Learning

L S Coding & Education LLC's AAPC e-learning program assists individuals interested in becoming a Certified Professional Coder (CPC).

Distance learning allows you to learn medical coding from the comfort of your own home.  The website is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

There are 100 class sessions that are approximately 1 to 1.5 hours in length.

When the student has completed a session he or she is directed to proceed to the next session or to take a chapter test at the appropriate time.

All handouts are available on the website for you to print on your home computer.

Tests are sent via e-mail, in the form of a PDF interactive file.

The student fills in the correct answer or chooses the correct multiple choice answer.  After completing the test he or she simply clicks on the "Submit" button to send the test back to the instructor for grading.

Tests are graded and returned to the student within 3-5 business days.

All of our classes are available on-line thorughout the year.  You can enroll in and start any of the classes at anytime during the year.
